Thursday, May 30th noon and 6:15 PM Mass Holy Day – The Ascension of Our Lord
Ascension Day, we follow with our hearts as Our Lord goes to the Father. His work of showing us the Father thru His Incarnation, life and death, Resurrection, and now Ascension is required. The Image of God lost thru Adam’s sin is made possible in mankind by the coming of the Holy Ghost on Pentecost. He ascends that our hearts may be perfected in strength by the grace of the Holy Ghost.
~ Come, Glorify the Son in offering yourself to the Father in obedience: Eat my Body.
~ Come, Glorify the Son by imitating this obedience to the Father as the Son did, offering His Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity for our salvation.
~ Come, be a faithful child of the Father as you obey the Precept to keep the Holy days of Obligation, that allow us to say: we are Catholics in good standing.
