ATTENTION – No Mass till noon Friday Jan. 31st 2020
Due to unforeseen issue there will be No Mass at Christ the King until noon Friday January 31st. Between Father’s sickness and unforeseen circumstances there will be no priest available to offer Holy Mass at Christ the King. Efforts to scour the country for an available replacement priest have proved fruitless thus far.
I very much regret not being able to make it back to my dear good Catholic souls in Lafayette. My Mass here will be offered for you all. Be consoled that much good work is being done here to form the generous hearts in this Friary and Seminary of St. Joseph. Every day the full Divine office is prayed, often sung, in community and Franciscan Community practices of old are followed. My heart rejoices to be amongst such souls of Charity in the spirit of St. Francis.
